The products are shipped via a transport company for large volume orders or via courier for smaller orders

Delivery time
The shipment takes place immediately after the confirmation of your order and the delivery to the customer takes place within 2-3 working days. *

Product returns
You reserve the right to return all or part of your order within 14 calendar days of the date you received it.

In the cases where products of poor and defective quality were sold due to the proven fault of BioCups or due to an error in receiving the order, invoicing, shipping, damaged during transport, etc. then we fully assume the responsibility of the replacement, the return cost, as well as the reshipment costs.
Shipping and return costs are borne by the customer even if he exercises the right of withdrawal. The returned products must be in the condition they were received, complete and undamaged and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and must be in excellent condition, necessarily accompanied by the relevant declaration of withdrawal together with all the documents that accompanied the product (eg retail receipt). Replacement
